They perform like humectants (disorders) and desiccants (adsorbers) and are ideal for the protection of sensitive formulations.
ADP® – Advanced Desiccant Polymer is able to address the needs of various moisture-sensitive medical devices. With careful planning and precise insertion, the ADP element becomes an integral part of the device. Embedded into the packaging, this active desiccant polymer solution is suited for pharmaceutical products. It is able to meet specific absorption requirements and performs permanent desiccation, is non-dusting, and guarantees swallowing avoidance.
